INTEGRITY WEDDING PACKAGES



At Integrity Images, there is no need to sit through a long consultation only to find that the package price is thousands of dollars.  The prices are right here and are easy to understand.  There are no hidden costs, no additioal fees, and best of all, your copyright inclusion (in writing).  Wedding packages range from $625 to $975 depending on the time required out of the day (please see package explanations below).  All packages are identical except for the start time as mentioned and print packages are priced seperately in the event you wish to shop around.  Packages include 100 professionally processed 4X6 proofs (unmarked), an on-line album with a "share" link, and a CD-ROM or DVD to assist you in deciding your final prints. Integrity supplies your digital negatives then uploads them to an online processing site saving you  hundreds of dollars.  The sites are the best possible available usually based in New York. The most important thing to remember, is that YOU keep the copywrite on ALL images taken.  They are your pictures, not my pictures!  Please be very careful when considering this point as you do your research.  Don't let a photographer make off with your digital negatives gouging you for every image you wish to print.

Here is how the package prices break down:

  • Whole day coverage: This is the highline package at  Integrity which includes unlimited images, your online-portfolio and 100 proofs for just $975.  Whole day simply means the arrival time is early, say 10:30AM with the reception starting around 6:00PM. With this package because of the early start time, it is not unusual to exceed 750 pictures and remember, your on-line album is set-up free in addition to 100 proofs. Please note also, a third or even fourth location for additional shots is no extra charge.  Please see the "Print Packages Tab" in the event you wish Integrity to order your larger prints as well.

  •  Mid day coverage: If your wedding starts later in the day, even by a couple of hours, you can expect to pay less simply because it's less time required out of the day. Unlimited images, and your online portfolio is still included of course as well as 100 proofs. This package also assumes a later reception and a third location if required. This package prices at $759.  Please see the "Print Packages Tab" in the event you wish Integrity to order your larger prints as well.

  • Late day coverage: Often, weddings are planned at 5:00 even 6:00PM. This lines up perfectly with the reception start time and the wedding location is usually fairly close (if not the same) as the reception location. Unlimited images still applies as well as 100 proofs and your online album. Even at this time, if a third shooting location can be arraigned, it's no problem. The package price for this coverage is $625.  Again, please see the "Print Packages Tab" if you wish Integrity to order your larger prints as well.

 

It's important to note that while keeping cost low, please understand that the trade-off is NOT suffered image quality; I have taken images exceeding 7 Megabytes in size.  Full day coverages will easily exceed 5 Gigabytes. Most photographers will NOT relinquish the negatives (files) because a large portion of their income is based on reprints.  Integrity's approach is totally different, I include the files with suggested processing sites and album sites but in the event you are under time constraints you have the option of ordering your prints directly from Integrity as well.   

Please remember that in all cases the above packages are simply meant to be a guideline. I have not shot two weddings that were exactly the same! In all cases, a small deposit of $50 dollars will hold your date with Integrity. Remember also that regardless of the package, you will be given ALL images taken on CD-ROM or DVD and your online portfolio.  Included with this is a letter stating your expressd ownership.  Note also: shopping now for your 2009 date will insure your date is reserved.
